    Weird corp product. It’s not bad as a helpdesk solution, what it makes bad is the answer from the corp: yes we can do it behave it like a materials management and control system. In this case Excel would be enuff and SAP is useless. This case happened to a federal office in Germany. If you ask one of the programmer everything is possible, even if the restrictions of the software are visible to a blind man.
