    MojoHelpDesk is such a powerful and easy to use ticket system that our Marketing department now uses it to take requests. We also use it to make service request of our Building & Grounds Maintenance crew.

    I generally love Mojo as a tool. Can’t imagine 2 guys providing support for almost 200 computer users across 20 branch offices (hundreds miles apart) and our corporate HQ without MojoHelpDesk.

    Love the time tracking and the SLA reports. The ability of the customer (end user) to rate each ticket upon closing – and for each support person to have a Mojo score is a stand out feature.

    Some of the best money my department has spent.
