    Suggest checking out the out-of-box integrations.

    Integration with Jira made all the difference.

    I’ve used a few helpdesk apps, but zendesk is the best so far.

    The things that stand out:
    1. Uncluttered interface – very well designed around ticket handling for the tech.
    2. Email – Should be standard right? But apps I’ve used still have clunky email/conversation handling. Zendesk has nice email options for teams that do a lot of support via emails.
    3. Social Web integrations – OK, not quite using these yet, but they are there.

    I highly recommend this product for customer support.

    oh yeah – there are mobile interfaces for many devices!
